eufy, die Smart-Home-Tochter des beliebten Gadget-Anbieters Anker, ist aktuell mit einem neuen Produkt auf den deutschen Markt getreten. Dabei handelt es sich um die smarte Waage eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro, die man zum Verkaufsstart bei Amazon für € 44,99 statt später € 59,99 erstehen kann. Wie es sich für eine smarte Waage in der heutigen Zeit gehört, kann sie mit ihren diversen Sensoren neben dem Gewicht unter anderem auch die Herzfrequenz, den BMI, den Körperfettanteil und weitere Daten des Nutzers ermitteln und diese an ein verbundenes iPhone übertragen. Hier lassen sie sich dann mit der kostenlosen EufyLife-App, aber auch mit Apples Health-App, sowie mit Google Fit und Fit Bit synchronisieren. Insgesamt ist die Waage in der Lage, 16 detaillierte Messwerte zum Gesundheitszustand des Körpers zu erfassen und in den genannten Apps auszuwerten. In der EufyLife-App lässt sich sogar ein virtuelles 3D-Modell des eigenen Körpers in Form eines Avatars erstellen, der sich auf Basis der ermittelten Daten im Laufe der Zeit verändert.
