- Echo Dot (3. Gen.) Intelligenter Lautsprecher mit Alexa (€ 24,99 statt € 49,99 bei Amazon)
- Echo (4. Gen.) Intelligenter Lautsprecher mit Alexa + Philips Hue Smarte Lampe (E27) (€ 74,99 statt € 99,99 bei Amazon)
- Echo Show 5 (2. Gen., 2021) | Smart Display mit Alexa und 2-MP-Kamera (€ 54,99 statt € 84,99 bei Amazon)

Are you aware that 80 of available jobs (and specifically pretty-well all of the best occupations), are only reachable within the "hidden" job market. Therefore the power pathway to accelerating your career, is to uncover the most frequent reasons the most wanted work are advertised inside this hidden employment market, but almost never the deplorable public or internet job market.

Do not lose the job being hired by having a general resume! What a general resume does, is show how you look like all the other applicants - not how you surpass your rivals for the same position.

Resume terms such as "accomplished", are a problem. They make you sound cliche and don't present you in a positive way. The same is true of text like "dedicated". The right terms highlight what you did for your past organizations and in addition how valuable you would be to this prospective organization.

Resume snippets like for instance "results driven", hurt your resume. They make you sound cliche and do not position you in a positive way. The same is true of text such as "self-motivated". The proper terms target things you did while at your past organizations and in addition how beneficial you can be to this potential employer.

In today's job market, employers will not pay attention to every one of the 400 or higher resumes dumped on them - per job opening! In actual fact, they'll immediately throw out 95 of them, if the resume does nothing to hold their attention.

Insisting on the duties/responsibilities resume approach, will make sure that your resume gets dumped in the garbage! Employers are not interested in what you were assigned to do at past positions. In the current job market, they need to be shown what Points Of Difference you have made.

In the past, all resumes started by presenting an Objective Statement - but not today! Knowledgeable employment professionals all confirm, such resume items contribute nothing when determining your work capability. This means, never use an Objective Statement!

A quarter-century ago, job hunters were taught that your resume should have a collection of point-form duties and responsibilities for every employment we've ever occupied - and the higher the number the better. Not now! Currently, hiring decision-makers can only devote fifteen seconds (sometimes not even that) when skimming through your resume. Do not use the duties/responsibilities resume approach!
