Man kann über die zur Verfügung stehenden Inhalte auf Apples Streamingsdienst Apple TV+ sicherlich geteilter Meinung sein. Vor allem die Tiefe und Breite des Angebots sind sicherlich noch ausbaufähig. Es gibt allerdings auch Inhalte, die absolut herausragen. Hierzu zählt zweifelsohne die Exklusivproduktion des Space-Dramas "For All Mankind", dessen erste Staffel zu den ersten Inhalten gehörte, die auf Apple TV+ verfügbar waren. Für den 19. Februar steht nun der Start der zweiten Staffel der Hit-Serie auf dem Programm, zu der Apple nun ein "First Look Featurette" auf seinem YouTube-Kanal veröffentlicht hat. Die neue Staffel wird die Geschehnisse ab 1983 aufgreifen und damit ein Jahrzehnt nach der ersten Staffel ansetzen. Apple schreibt in der Beschreibung:

Season two of the space drama picks up a decade later in 1983. It's the height of the Cold War and tensions between the United States and the USSR are at their peak. Ronald Reagan is president and the greater ambitions of science and space exploration are at threat of being squandered as the US and Soviets go head-to-head to control sites rich in resources on the moon. The Department of Defense has moved into Mission Control, and the militarization of NASA becomes central to several characters' stories: some fight it, some use it as an opportunity to advance their own interests, and some find themselves at the height of a conflict that may lead to nuclear war.
